I'm looking for an older Mamiya Six folder parts camera, to salvage the rangerfinder assembly. I was doing some cleaning up of my own Mamiya Six Automat folder, and stupidly "wiped off" the half silver from beam splitter in the rangerfinder. It needs to be the slightly newer models with square rangerfinder window, and the rangefinder should be in good working order. Anything else about the parts camera, I don't care. Thank you!
Thank you for the info, I will check it out! It does seem that the replacement process is quite complicated: gluing and ungluing optical elements. Might be slightly above my pay grade. ;-)
I have a Mamiya Six with a very foggy viewfinder. I plan to remove the viewfinder lens from the range finder assemble with acetone - nail polish remover. Then clean up the lens and reattach with a few dots of black nail polish.
Sadly my camera has a bigger issue with the taking lens group. At some point in the past someone has removed the front element to clean the next element, (maybe fungus removal), and have left the second element covered in tiny scratches. Must have used a Scotchbrite scourer on it, Grrrr!
The lens flares lie crazy. At some stage I would like to buy complete lens and shutter assembly and do a transplant. In the meantime I'm thinking of just lightly wiping the lens element with black India ink to fill the scratches and hopefully reduce the flaring.

Thank you all for the encouragement. I watched some video and read some repair notes, and will brave myself to do a mirror replacement. Worst case, I can always do zone focusing or get another Mamiya 6.
