Want to Buy WTB Mamiya RZ Bracket for 100-200 Zoom

I'm in urgent need of the support bracket for the RZ 100-200 zoom as mine is lost beyond recovery half way around the world. As I'm going to be using this with the Mamiya Winder attached, the extended supports would also be needed though at a pinch I can just buy the bracket.
