Wanting to buy either a 7 or a 7ii [body only or (body + lens)] in very good/excellent/mint/new condition. Prefer black body but will consider the "champagne" body. Rangefinder must be accurate at all focusing distances (5 ft or 6 ft, 7 ft, 8 ft, etc., to infinity); camera's light meter must work correctly and all the features (AE, AEL, etc.) must work as well. Not interested in cameras in poor condition even if they are offered at bargain price.

Would prefer to buy from seller here in the US. Also, $2,500 is a bit too rich for my budget.
 
What is your budget? For a body? With which lens? Just curious because KEH usually has both or all with 14 day return and 6 mo warranty. Are you hoping for less than they sell from someone here? I've been watching for the same for a while ( have no real "need" so to speak but want) but find most in FS postings here are darned close to price of KEH.

Silly me, I did not bother to check KEH and also forgot to consider that they have a 14-day return, 6-month warranty policy !! After I finish this reply to your post, I am going directly to KEH's site!

Thanks still here, last night in New Brunswick then through Maine tomorrow and home by Monday
