Howdy APUGgers,

I am looking for some gear to put together some 'bit of kit' (as our Brit friends might say).

I'm interested in any of the following equipment and have cash (well, Paypal anyways...) in hand.

• Hot-Plate Stirrer - premium on higher wattage
• Digital Scale - 0.01g accuracy w/ premium on higher capacity
• Glassware - beakers (small, medium & large), Erlenmeyer flasks, 5mm tubing, 10mL graduate, stirring rods
• Stainless Steel - large graduated pitchers, tanks, beakers, utensils
• Syringe(s) - interested in plastic, but particularly in larger capacity glass syringes
• Misc - glass stirring rods, filter paper, faucet vacuum aspirator,

Check out American Science and Surplus for glassware. I have a few graduated cylinders from them. While they are not perfect (the edges are a tad rough), the price was very good.

Don't have anything for sale, however use an Ohaus triple beam scale with which I am very pleased. They also make digital scales. Good quality on the product I use. If you need any lastic products, usplastics.com offers a great selection.

Thanks for the tips guys; just picked up a hot/stirrer and a little bit of glass on eBay.

I actually have an Ohaus triple-beam too, so unless a really good deal comes across on a 0.01g accuracy digital scale I'm set. Though it hasn't kept me from drooling over some of their higher end stuff. Case in point... http://us.ohaus.com/us/en/home/products/product-families/SPE-US.aspx
