I need accurate lightmeter such as Weston Master IV or alike. I have 30 dollars including postage to Istanbul 34520 Turkey.

I have Bolex Cine Camera with reversal film and working with 160 ASA and I will take 4000 frames on the roll and Lightmeter should have to be very accurate.
