Hi,

I have a stainless steel inversion tank that has a 1 120 reel capacity. I am looking for a replacement lid for that since the one that I currently have has a big leak.

If you have a spare one, kindly let me know.

Thanks.

Avi

My experience is that leakage of chemistry is not an uncommon problem and the real trick is finding a lid and container that work together and don't leak. That being said, my suggestion would be to try to find a complete set that doesn't leak, rather than trying to find a lid that will work with your tank. If that makes sense to you, let me know and I'll go through my stash and see what I have. If that includeds a stainless steel single roll tank and lid which don't leak (and it probably does) it can be yours for the price of the postage on a flat rate box. I must ask if you have ever used a Patterson tank and reel set up. They are my preferred tool and I've used both Patterson and stainless. I have surplus stainless and not the Pattersons. Ron..no problems.

Bill...I should have been clearer. My lid has a thin but long crack....if I invert the tank with liquid inside, there isn't much of a leak, but the slightest compression of the lid causes a huge leak....

So, I am fairly certain that I will be fine with a lid without any cracks...

Oh. I was thinking stainless tank and lid. If plastic lid, I'd say Rick has the best solution. Bill Barber
