For what it's worth DAG has a 111c listed on his website that is just been serviced by him -- might be worth contacting him. It's under "parts" - "Leica screwmount"
 
I have a very clean and fully overhauled iiic 'stepper' In fact, I was shooting with it today. Feel free to PM me for more info.

If you are looking for one located in the US, I have one in similar physical shape to Anton's that has just been relubed and would sell for $200 plus shipping
