Want to Buy WTB: Jobo Mistral film drying cabinet or equivalent

I'm looking for a film drying cabinet like a Jobo Mistral that can be easily installed and transported. I have a very small darkroom and it would be nice to have something like the Mistral with a separate blower head and a collapsible plastic body in which to hang a few rolls of film at a time. I have a professional Marrut film drying cabinetIt's full metal construction(white enamel) and tall enough for full-length 235 filmbut has shelves to dry prints as well.It pulls in the air from the bottom through a filter and pushes warm airfrom the bottom. the warm air rises, dries the film and the moist air escapes on the top. There is also a window in the door to monitor progress.it measures81 inches tall and has a foot print of 14by14 inches.The air temperature is controlled via an adjustable thermostat.However it requires 220V.So, in your case, you'll need to get a 110-220V trans former at Radio Shack. I's not vry heavy(mostly air)but difficult and sensitive to ship to ship.So pick-up in Cental Florida would be best;come on down and combine it with a trip to Disneyland.$200 will take it.The new price is more around $500+(check online for Marrutin the UK)replacement filters are still available.

Can I suggest building one? I built a full cabinet (about 350x350x1200mm) so that it's dust-tight; it's just transportable enough that I can carry it out to the shed when not in use. However you could easily build just the top box (air plenum with fan and filter) and drape a shower curtain from it. Some 5mm potplant chain would hang it up I guess; I'd expect the total size of the box to be about 350x350x200mm.

I used a 10" exhaust fan - they're cheap, mains powered and come with a plug so you don't do any wiring - mounted in the top face of the box. Mounted in the bottom face of the box just below the fan is a rectangular air-filter cartridge for some car; the biggest/cheapest flat rectangular filter I could find at the local car-parts shop. All you need is some plywood (I used 12mm because it's easy to put a screw in the end of it), a drill and a jigsaw, though having a table saw too helps.

I found a Mistral II locally and bought it. The reason for not getting a cabinet-size film dryer is that the space I have in which to use said dryer is too small for a full cabinet. My darkroom is roughly 6' 6" tall (2.2 meters), 7 feet wide (2.35-ish meters) and 8 feet deep (2.7-ish meters). Inside said darkroom is on one wall, a 6 foot (2 meter) sink) and on the opposite wall I have a workstation with my 4x5 enlarger and another workstation with my UV exposure unit. So not much space.
