Found WTB: Ilford MG500 Med format Diffusion Chamber adaptor plate

Hello all,

I recently acquired a Omega D5XL with a Ilford Multigrade 500 head. I have everything except the Ilford Multigrade 500 Enlarger Medium Format Diffusion Mixing Chamber Adaptor plate. Anyone here have a spare one for sale. Just checking before I have one made. Thanks.
