Modification of Horseman 612 filmback to fit SW612

Hass anyone done it, or have suggestion of how it might be done?

In particular I am interested in weather or not it might be possible to take a Horseman 612 film back for 4x5, and convert it to sw612 film back by removing the 4x5 graflok part and replacing it with an sw612 GG interface?
