i have one, but I am sure you can find one for sale in Europe -- postage from the US would be stupid.

You can look on ebay.de, they ship to Croatia for around 10€, from time to time you find them under 20€ plus shipping.
Best is to order new one from China, most probably custom will not be charged, as item is under 50€ (around 35€ with worldwide shipping).
