I'd like to save some money by not paying over $50.00 for this piece of glass!

It's 5.5" x 5.5" x 1/8" thick

if you've got one, I'm interested!

i got mine cut to order at a glass shop,
it was 15 years ago, but still didn't cost very much at all.

Any luck on this yet? I may have a lead on one. Ill check back in a few days.

Nothing yet. I can buy one from Adorama for $50.00 but I was trying to avoid that. I found a camera shop online that said they have one but the can't find it.

have you contacted a glass shop ?
i wish i had my receipt, if my memory isn't screwy
it didn't cost more than 15-20$ and the guy
said it was a regular item.
they have it at edmond optics too

( and it seems as cheap as i remember it being )
I haven't yet but I did check Edmond Optics and their prices are just as high as getting the official Beseler one.

I'm still hoping that the camera shop guy that I'm corresponding with can find the one he said he had.

If I have an exposure that goes on for quite a while you can actually HEAR the negative buckle! it sounds like a popping noise.

I think I remember seeing one in a store, but it is closed until tomorrow.

Sorry, the thrift store did have the heat absorbing glass like I remember, but its an odd size like 3x4inch, so it definitely wont work for your enlarger.
