Want to Buy WTB Grafmatic 4x5

Hi,

I've recently been working on a Polaroid 340 conversion to 4x5 to use as a (handheld) travel camera. The camera's done and works well with sheet film holders, but I reckon it could be even better if paired with a grafmatic.

I'm hoping to find one (for a start) to buy in the UK to save on postage/custom charges, so if anyone has one (with septums) they're willing to part with please let me know. Prices seems to be a bit all over the place, so I'm happy to consider offers : )

Ive a 4x5 grafmatic, with septums. with the side grooves for use in a graflok back. Only problem is that it's in Tasmania ( that strange island south of Australia) Major problem with using a grafmatic is they're noisy to operate - like the sliding whiz-bang side door on a delivery van.

post pictures of your camera conversion. it sounds like a Chamonix Saber, sort of?

I have several, but I'm in the USA. Let me know, if interested.

Look for a Wray Grafmatic, they were made under licence here in the UK. I bought two at a Camera fair 2 or 3 years ago, one new in it's box with instructions.
