After all these years I should no better to sweat the details and not get seduced by camera porn pix, but...
I just purchased another 9x12 camera--this one a Z.I. Ideal 9x12--and then realized that it will come with what looks like a film [ack adapter, but has no focusing back or plate holders. What's more, I understand thatthe Ideal used a special proprietary "pop-off" type holder, so I'm assuming that none of the dozen or so holders I have for my Welta or Z.I. or Voigtlander cameras will work. I assume for the same reason, I won'd be able to switch out the ground-glass backs from current cameras. So I'll be stuck with a paper weight unless I can find the missing parts. Help!!!
