Please send me a PM if you have one available. OK if the slow speeds are not working I can CLA myself. Or if you have a cheap lens in a #1 shutter I may be interested.
Aren't the polaroid shutters limited to front lens cell only? Or is that only the mp4 shutter. I fell into the same predicament, bought a set of 180mm cells cheap for around 40 or 50$. Swapped with my shutter from 210 mm copal 1 but I got skewed aperture scale
And id also would like not swapping cells each time to shoot the other lens.
The mp3 shutters have slightly different front to back spacing. Are you sure either will do?. I've had a couple of lenses in compur1 that wouldn't fit a copal.

DAN... Are you saying the MP3 Copal has different spacing than a regular Copal? I'll have to research that. I've never heard of Compur 1 and Copal 1 shutters being different. They should be dimensionally identical with regards to lens cell mounting.
EDIT: DAN, are you sure there's a spacing issue with Polaroid MP3 shutters? I just spent several minutes googling for "MP3 Copal spacing" (no quotes) and found nothing.
I'd forgotten about that LFPI thread. I guess the iris position is slightly rearward in the Press #0 vs. the standard shutter. Is that true of the #1 shutters too?
The Polaroid copal shutters actually have a smaller than normal aperture. Works for some lenses but not others. The particular lens I have had a large aperture.
