The two places I know of that you can get a new bellows are http://www.custombellows.co.uk/ and from ecbuyonline2008 on the *bay... I've heard good things about both. I'm getting ready to get a new bellows for a Raja 8x10. Seems the going rate is about $200.

Did you ever get a bellows ordered? If so what were the dimensions you ordered and did it fit correctly?

I had two bellows made by custom bellows. I sent them the frames with old bellows, they made new ones and mounted them to the frames as well.

Thanks, that does seem like the best option. The old bellows is tacked to the frame and I'm trying to figure out how to best measure things. The old bellows has completely come apart.
