I'm looking for a Colnago Master - Gilco tubing, straight fork. Paint style optional. Size 52-54cm should work for me. Frame or complete bike. Worth a shot here.

Try for a Master-Xtra-Lite. I think there's close to a pound difference to the original Master. I have a '98 MXL and it's one of the best off the rack steel frames one can buy. Not for sale ever. (Try that auction site. Lots of people buy Colnagos thinking they pedal themselves and then sell them when the work is no easier.)

Folmer & Schwing started out as bicycle manufacturers. And cycle cameras were all the rage in around 1900. How many APUGgers do you think would ride some flimsy carbon fiber bike or use a DSLR Steel is real

I still have my 80s Pinarello (SLX) with early 90s Chorus. Nicest riding bike I've owned and the Colnago is even nicer.

Ended up with a '96 Master Light in Art Decor paint.

In what is, by my standards, an extraordinary display of patience, I finally found one some 4 months after my original post. It then took me another month to get it built up with a Chorus group. This is from my first ride on it at the end of November.

I just saw this today. Lovely! Ride it hard, it's a bike for a lifetime (if the component Mfgs would quit screwing around with things. Here's Old Paint about five years ago maybe. This year I finally went to clinchers and replaced the so-comfy Flite. She'll be 21 this August. I won't be...

Beautiful bike - looks like its just my size. That was my preference for paint finish but one didnt come along so I grabbed the black one. Still loving the ride. And it's a lot of fun to watch jaws drop when you pull up at the cyclist coffee spots. I still havent found a saddle as comfortable as the original Flite Ti - I have a Flite TransAm on my Litespeed but original Flites on the Colnago and my Pinarello.
