I understand that Rollei made a rigid chimney finder for late model 3.5F and other cameras with removable hoods. I believe they may have variable diopter control, though I'm not sure. I'd be interested in buying one, if I can afford the price. Thanks for getting in touch with either advice or if you have one for sale.
I believe that the only chimney finder Rollei made was for the SL66 camera. I have one and it did not fit my 2.8 'flex. In Irving Penn's book "World's in Small Room" there is a photo showing Penn's Rollieflex with a chimney finder. It is a Hasselblad finder which was adapted to fit the Rollei.
Thanks to everyone for the tips. I knew there had to be a way to make this happen. I've got the eye-level prism but there are times when only a chimney will do. I like the Hasselblad chimneys because they have diopter or focus control. I guess some money will be heading to the UK now!
