SodiumCarbonate is a wash aid any large general store should have it either as crystals or anhydrous powder. You would need to alter weight for wrong choice. Mine comes in 500gm plastic bags.

They used to use Borax here for a wash aid but it is now a hazchem for normal kitchens.

The metol and sulphite I get from silverprint but they are fussy about mailing things, even in EU.

Silverprint does not ship to Turkey. I think I will deal with ebay at the end but let me wait at first.

Sodium carbonate (monohydrate) is also sold in the pool chemicals aisle at the local hardware store. Sodium sulfite is also used to keep cut fruit from turning brown so, it might be found in places where restaurants buy supplies. You might be able to get the local pharmacist to help with sourcing these items too.

I simply do not understand your request. It sounds like you want somebody from...somewhere outside of Turkey(?).... to buy the chemicals and ship them to you (for free? at a discount? I don't know what?) or bring them into the country the next time we travel through Turkey????....but then you say that you can source everything online...so, I really do not understand what you want/expect.... ????
