The title says it all - looking for some extra quick release plates that fit a Bogen 3057 head.

I think there are all sorts of different QR plates that fit a 3057. The one I have is about 3" square, but some are hexagonal and maybe there are other rectangular sizes. I'll take whatever fits since I have cameras of all sizes but only one head...

and I'm still wondering what the hell they look like. Apparently they're not the six sided thingies.

I am pretty sure that Manfrotto calls the hexagonal one an RC0, and the about 2" square one an RC2.
