Want to Buy WTB: B+W filter box for 67mm filter

Looking for an empty B+W-brand plastic box, about 3-1/2" (just under 90mm) to store a 67mm filter. Yes, I know I can buy these new from B&H, or at least I could last I checked in 2011.
