Contacted by a new member who says his friend has this filter. Friend would not accept PayPal but wanted WalMart funds transfer in his sons name.

Be careful, this is how a lot of scams work. Ask for an actual photo of the filter and a phone number at the very least.

I asked him to take a picture of the filter, held I his hand, on top of today’s Phoenix (his alleged location) newspaper, with the B+W and MRC markings showing.

Asking for a local newspaper in product shot adds a layer of inconvenience. And short circuits scammers from using a pic they found online.
