Want to Buy WTB: Aperture scale for 135mm Schneider Symmar or Sironar

Anyone happen to have an aperture / shutter speed scale for a 135mm f 5.6 convertible Symmar or Rodenstock Sironar from a Synchro Compur "0" shutter with speeds from T, B, 1, up to 1/500th second?

Incidentally I called Tim Sharkey at LensN2shutter and sent an email. He's made scales for me before. His website says he's got a backlog. So far, no reply to my phone call or email.
Anyone know if he is still active?
