Looking for a bulk loader of a specific type. I already have the normal Lloyds style loader with the felt trap but I'm looking for the kind that have a dial on the side and have a trap door that opens after the cassette is inserted. They go by Kaiser, or Adorama, or AP and other names but they all look the same. See the picture.
PM me if you have one to get rid of.

I think the most common "trap door" style loader is the Watson, which was also sold under various other names. They don't rely on a felt trap and work fine, but my impression is that they're a step below the Kaiser. I have an extra and will PM you.

Thanks, please send a pic. I'm pretty sure I know what it is, I'm not sure it's what I'm looking for.

I've seen a few listings recently on ebay for the same new AP version available at Freestyle, but listed as "buy it now" for $200+. I figured people are a little early thinking no new retail stock is still available at $79.99, but that is not yet true...

Note that the Freestyle page now says "limited stock", so soon they will likely all be gone from retail. I noticed other retail sites have already switch to "out of stock" on this AP model.

I ended up buying one from Freestyle last week. Good luck with your search!

I have an Alden I can part with, it's better than the Watsons I think, but I have never used a Kaiser though.
