Want to Buy WTB: Adapter for fish eye auxiliary lens

I have a Spiratone auxiliary lens (" screws onto the front of a normal lens") It's clean, but didn't include the adapter.

This lens is also sold under the following labels: Spiratone, Soligor, Accura, Makinon, Kenko, Panagor, Kalcor, Portertown, and Samigon

I can come up with the step ring that screws into the camera lens's filter threads, but I need the round adapter plate that screws into the step ring. the female threads for the hole in the center of the plate would be almost exactly 1" (26mm?) in diameter. I don't know what the outer male threads would be, but I am guessing they'd be somewhere between 49mm and 55mm....

Any chance someone has a spare one or can steer me to a source? Please reply by PM.
