Anyone have or know where I can buy a film slitter to cut down 70MM film and 120 film to smaller sizes

Sorry, no news from xakes. You can look for used one or make one yourself. It's not very complicated if you have access to table saw and drill press

Hi Guys,
Joe aka XKAES(at)aol.com, maker of film slitters is back. You can contact him directly. He has four 70mm slitter styles in stock. They create 120, 35mm, 40mm or 46mm (127). He can always special order slitters but that takes a while.

I was surprised and delighted to hear back from Joe, and I ordered a 120 splitter to 4 Minox strips + 1 16mm strip.

I sent "Xkaes" an email yesterday and got an immediate reply. I ordered 2 slitters, 120 to 127 and 70mm to 127; being shipped as I write.

Seems he was having problems with his server and was offline for a while, but he's back.
