I know you have specified the Wolli, but as a much more plentiful alternative have you considered a 360mm Schneider Tele-Xenar?

maybe the 500 telexenar....if there's one in a synched shutter but I think it may be more plentiful to find the wollensak 15" in shutter

there are a few in barrels on ebay right now ( quality camera in georgia is selling one )
it might be worth a call to quality camera to see if they have one in a shutter ...
there are also a few alphax shutters on ebay too ... if you don't mind the mating fee
it might be worth buying them separate and having them married...

i've only seen 1 15" teleoptar in a alphax shutter in about 20years ... i never knew they were plentiful ...

I've sold two Teleoptars over the years but both were just barrel lenses. I think they went for around 150- on the awful-bay
