Want to Buy WTB 135-150mm lens with shutter for 4x5

I recently picked up a Calumet rail 4x5 (18" Bellows) and I am looking for a good performing taking lens with shutter. I would like enough coverage to use the movements of this camera. I would like to keep the price under $250 if possible.
