Just before I dove head first into the deep end of a crushing depression several years ago I purchased this WP kit from B&S. Needless to say it was put on a shelf in the worst possible conditions and never used.

This had sat on a shelf in a place that gets to 100+ degrees in the summer and below freezing in the winter.

Think it is any good anymore?

I am wondering where the bottle of collodion went to. I might have put it else where so I would not misuse it when I was not of sound mind. But it should be in that room somewhere.

Mark,
After about a year, salted collodion is pretty much useless. They probably shipped you pre-mixed Old Workhorse, yes? That stuff has six months useable life by the time the customer gets it. If they sold you two part collodion, then the salted solvents might still be good, but the collodion would be very iffy: get fresh. The rest of the materials in the kit should be fine, but you’ll need to invest in fresh salted collodion.

Thanks Paul. This is what I figured.
