Congratulations. Of course one wonders exactly where did the pounds go to? I never figured out where the freed glutens went either. Such questions, but that is really great news and you must feel better all the time.

Congratulations! Some people were having the opposite problem, gaining weight because of the temptation to eat being cooped up.

That sure put my 25 lb drop into perspective. Amazing, good for you. I went the Keto route, after a few false starts, it worked.

Congrats...I lost about the same as the 11x14 equipment I carry...but I think I have gained a film holder with my boys visiting!

My sarcastic sense of humour never comes across in these forums...

I was never fat. Years ago I used to play this online 3D shooter called Kingpin, it was one of the first games to let you completely customize your player and I turned mine into an severely obese gangbanger called Fatso - and it kind of stuck as my online persona
