Worth the Price? Ilford Monochrome Darkroom Practice

Does anyone ue the "Ilford Monochrome Darkroom Practice :
A Manual of Black-And-White Processing and Printing" and is it worth the price? Noticed that is now out of print and getting a little harder to find, just wondering before I get a copy.

I have several copies. Use from time to time.

Sometime ago , a first edition was listed at 400 dollars and I could not believe it and when i went back to find that ad it was gone , another was listed at 40, so perhaps it was a typo.
