I believe that hanger was also eventually demolished, making it the World's Largest Single-Use Disposable Camera...

wish i could see it in person ..
liquid light is fun stuff
( this image has been on the rockland colloid site for a long time )

i hope viewing distance is good where they are showing it ..
images like this are hard to view up close ( like an impressionist painting or pinhole image or soft focus stuff )
at a certain distance everything falls into place and it looks great ...

It's still impressive, every time I see it again.

i am the same way ...

knowing how it is not easy to coat a 11x14 sheet of paper or canvas with a bit of liquid emulsion,
and these folks used 21 gallons to coat something 107x31 FEET .. yup, its pretty impressive

I recall hearing about this, but I never saw the photograph nor have read an article about it. Thanks for the post omaha. "Washed with fire hoses." - Mama mia!
