Workaround for unsensitized film ORWO FU3

I’ve a old package of old unsensitized film called ORWO FU3 (Fototechnischer Film). Does anyone know how I can sensitize this film?
I would like to test the film for copies of my negatives with the enlarger. If it works, then I would like to use the copies for alternative processes. Thanks for your support.

Unsensitized in this case means it only sees UV and blue..like photo paper. So it would work similar to photo paper under an enlarger.
