I can tell that any really mechanics or electronics repairer with no problems to work in Finland will be almost instantly hired by Kamerastore. They have contacted across Europe many people known to be competent technicians trying to hire them, but the requisite to be located in Finland usually ends in a "no-go". They have a huge stock waiting to be checked and/or repaired and not enough hands to do it.
There won't be many applicants with regular training - where else could you have trained to become a camera technician in the last few decades? Except for training courses offered by manufacturers for their products.

I don't think you need to live already in Finland (Tampere), but willing to move there if you want the position. If your application is not considered is due to other issues, take into accoount that they are searching for already trained and competent technicians. The people I know contacted by Kameratore have their own running camera repair business in continental Europe.
