Anybody down there regularly use wooden tripod for a TLR, Rolleicord in my case. Who knows may be Rolleiflex one day.

I am eyeing one from Wolf Stative without any center column.

I used Berlebach tripods for years with great success. The Wolfs were designed by a former Berlebach employee and are supposed to be easier to set up but are a bit flimsier than the Berlebach.
Wooden tripods are good at dampening small vibrations but also a bit heavier than carbon for a tlr they can be a bit of an overkill but if you want sturdy and steady than they are the best thing next to heavy studio tripods or heavy tripods used for motion picture work

I have never owned a TLR but I have owned 645, 6x6 and 6x7 medium format cameras. I do own and use two Ries wooden tripods and I have also owned a Berlebach.

Wooden tripods have better dampening ability than any other material, they are strong and durable, warm to the touch and are the most beautiful tripods made. They are heavier than carbon fiber. This is an advantage/disadvantage depending on how you look at it.
