Howdy People,
I have just inserted an Alphax 4 in to a Veritar 10'. In order to do this I had to remove the aperture ring from the lens which included the soft focus spot markings engraved on the ring. All aperture functions are now part of the Alphax shutter.
Would anyone have a photograph of an original Alphax on a Veritar 10'? I would be interested to see how or where they originally marked off the soft focus steps on the shutter aperture.
