I see no fog or fungus.

Only a small amount of dust.

Comes in a Betax 4 shutter working.

Comes with flange and a Deardorff style lens board.

Curious, does this lens have a diffusion adjustment on the rear element? I have a similar lens however it isn’t marked series II but is a f/4.5.

No, this lens does not have the adjustment ring for the front element. It was an option.
 
Just thought I'd chime in to let y'all know that this lens will cover Whole Plate (6.5" x 8.5"), or will make a nice slightly-long portrait lens for 5x7. Tessar formula.
