- The aperture has 16 blades, beautiful circle. There is no oil on blades.

- The shutter is Alphax Synchromatic. T and B 1/50, 1/25,1/10, 1/2 have no issue.the time sounds accurate. repeatable times and action on all slower speeds. Unlike Copal, the Alphax shutter-There is cocking of the shutter per say, when the shutter stem/lever is depressed, and the shutter fires and automatically resets.
