Wista Wistar Len Quality?

I'm looking into getting a lens for my 4x5 camera and have run in to a lot of Wista/Wistar brand from Japan. I was wondering if anyone had any information/experience with them and could get me a review.

The Wistar lenses were made by Horseman/Topcon, while less common than other brands they are modern design and very capable lenses.

I own a Caltar lens made by Horseman/Topcon. It's a fine lens.

A lot of Fuji lenses have been coming out of Japan too. They are quality lenses at a good price also. I own a Fuji 180mm lens that I bought from Japan. A lot of people on this forum and LFPF have bought from Japanese Sellers with great success.
