I just bought this camera, and am trying to figure out the movements. The manual is basically a brochure.

The front rise is released on the right side of the front standard, so I assume that the screw at the top left releases front tilt. However, it won't budge, and I am afraid to exert more pressure for fear of stripping the screw.

Can someone confirm for me how I am supposed to control front tilt on this? Thank you!



Edit - also, how is rear swing accomplished?

Then you send the camera to the service center, Precision Camera in IL or you go visit Quality Camera behind Tech.
 
Thanks Bob. It's good to have someone in the area that knows where to get service.

I got the rear swing to work. It was just very stubborn. I probably need to lube the whole thing up.

What part of Georgia are you in?
 
I Googled Quality Camera, and it brought up Professional Photo Resources behind Georgia Tech. They appear to rent modern equipment. Is that the same place?

Quality Camera as well as PPR are both behind Tech. But Quality is much closer and does more with large format.
 
I am also having trouble with the website everyday around 3:30 eastern time. That is the reason there are so many repeat posts of mine on this page. (I'm reporting myself)
