Doing two or 4 rolls of Kodak p3200 expired 10/2001, refrigerator kept. He will be showing me everything, because 20+ rolls of B+W won't develop itself.

Luck, determination, and caution, not to mention a check list posted of the procedure and times so it can be read while performing the not too difficult task. Above all, keep the fixer away from the developer so they don't get confused and switch places on you.
