Wing Lynch water temperature controller

Hello, I’m curious if anyone has rebuild a wing Lynch temperature controller? It seam as my electricity mixing valve has broken over time. I looking for a project this winter and I think this might be a good addition for my darkroom.

They have rubber seals in them that go bad, though I have found that if one of them is still good it seems to work fairly well. They arent hard to repair but parts may be problematic. I replaced mine with an Intellifaucet long ago.
