Welcome to Photrio.
The answer to your specific question is yes. That lens has 39mm threads, and a C-700 has a fixed lens mount with 39mm threads.

That lens is ideal for 6x6 square frame 120 film. Presumably that’s what you intend to print?

Should be good for those formats as well. You will probably need to cut out negative carriers out of museum board for 127 unless you can find them used.

Any negative carrier that works for 120 will be fine for 620 as well - the films themselves are exactly the same (the spools differ). The negative carrier you need is the one that matches the film frame size of the camera.
If your camera uses a 6x4.5 film frame, or a 6x6 frame or a 6x7 frame, just get the matching carrier.
If your camera uses a 6x9 (~2.25" x 3.25") film, the enlarger isn't big enough - it maxes out at 6x7.
