Widelux filter project

Can you 3d print Horizon filters? I suspect that is a bit of a challenge, but no harm in asking...

How do the filters work? Can you share a picture of the camera with the filter on it? Thanks

Hey, I don't have a photo handy, but inside the lens turret and above the lens itself is a small metal tab. The filters have a small slot that fits over that tab. It's a little tricky to put them on until you get the hang of it...

I would like to get a red WideLux filter to IR film and green. I posted my request on your website.

Hey, I’m currently taking reservations for a second batch of filters. I’m not sure I have your details - please visit the site again and look for the Widelux filter link in the menu

Gerry, you sent me not one but two confirmations, so that means that I will receive 12 filters for the price of 6, correct? Now I have to buy another WideLux, mount them on a bar and have stereo panoramic photographs. Time for GAS!!!

Hahaha whoops

I do know someone who has done the stereo thing…

I just received the WideLux filters from @Gerry Orkin and I am happy with the filters. Gerry cannot submit feedback on my Trader History. @Sean or @MattKing help Gerry?

Now that I have new 7 WideLux from the order and 4 from before, how can I safely carry and store them? I modified a reading eyeglass case with black foam to hold 4 of them before. Any ideas or recommendations?

That's a great idea! I keep mine in transparent 35mm film canisters. Not as elegant as your solution though!!

Does anyone have any filter recommendations now that Gerry no longer makes these filters?

I wish I could supply another vendor, but Gerry was the only one I know about. It would not hurt to contact Gerry and see if he will make a set for you.
