Wide Angle - Large Format Camera?

Hi there,
If I'm only interested in wide angle lenses, is there a large format camera (at a modest cost) that would work best? and are bellows essential in this type of setup? I'm new to large format photography.. so any advice is great!

Forgot to add, a portable setup would be a valued.

Someone on here has a Calumet cc-402 W/A 4x5 that can utilize 65mm lenses on a flat lensboard. Check the classifieds.
