Goldfarb said:I suspect that the best workshops on video are produced for video, carefully thought out, storyboarded, scripted at least partially, well lit, edited with relevant closeups of techniques, before and after shots, etc. Having one or two guys with video cameras running during a workshop isn't likely to produce a product worth purchasing, though it might be a nice record of the event.
