Why is my subscription not active?

I subscribed to this site back in November or December of '07. I recently became aware that my membership has not been activated, despite my specifically mentioning my name, username, and email in the text I sent with my PayPal payment.

Could someone please activate my account?

I'm surprised you didn't say something sooner. Just use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page, and Sean should look into it right away, bearing in mind the time difference between New Zealand and Cleveland.

Hi, I can't seem to find the information you mention. Can you click the help link top right corner and send me your paypal address. I tried to check via your forum email address but didn't have any luck. Once I get your paypal address I can correct the issue.
