Likely a house rebranded there were so many, short time in circulation, may never know. Does the box or canaster say where the film was made?

The cassette seems to have the words "Fabrique dans ..." on it. What does the rest of that say?

Might have been a bulk load that was boxed in an agafacolor box, still seems odd if the box was glued shut.

I searched it, it seems to be manufactured by a film producer company named Ferrania, it discountinued Tho.

Not surprising - before it stopped production, Ferrania made a lot of different private label films. Does it say on the cassette which process should be used with it? Most likely it would be some version of C-41.
