I have 4 or 5 packs of 8X10 inch sheets in the deep freeze, still waiting the right moment to expose them to some sweet light... but I don't think I would be able to use that much (almost 1cubic meter) in my whole life !
the 8x10 crowd considers themselves WAY too smart to buy regular film that's hasn't expired and at full price too--the "smart cookies" shoot only xray film to prove their smarts to one and all.
that's why they're not manufacturing it anymore--there's no market for real film--apparently all the "dumb dumbs" that bought film in the past have gone digital and the exceptional folks that still use the analogue cameras consider themselves waytoosmart to use real film.
I think only saudi prince could buy it who also ordered a 1 million dollar Leica lens from Wetzlar. May be he uses the sheets as toilet paper at his 747s gold cast toilet.

I have a friend in Cali who strictly uses this film for some of the most amazing landscapes shots I have ever seen. Maybe I ought to give him a call...
