Who makes JandC Nuance Exposition paper?

Who is the manufacturer of the JandC Nuance Exposition paper and under what name was it available in the past? Also am I right in assuming that it is a cold tone paper? I am on the lookout for a replacement cold one paper after my small stash of old Oriental Seagull graded runs out.

J&C Nuance has also been sold as Efke Emaks graded, Maco Expo RF, Cachet Expo RF, and J&C Exposition graded.

I first started using it under the Cachet label.
